I found the original gorgeous cowrie that became these earrings on the uninhabited island of Samson in The Isles of Scilly – I have spent many hours searching on the beautiful white stretch of sand there! These gorgeous sterling silver limpet disc earrings are made using a limpet to print the lovely texture. The discs are on sterling silver ear hooks. Disc size is approximately 20mm x 18mm. and the total length from the top of the hook to the bottom of the disc is approximately 37mm.
